Although the owners of The Dell have a large property they needed a dedicated office room and converting the garage seemed the best answer, but again it was important to them that it had to be done properly as local council and neighbours can be hostile to insensitive changes.
They were also concerned that bad workmanship or poor finish would devalue their property, but as you can see we were able to finish to a very high standard and when the property was reassessed they found it had increased in value more than covering the conversion cost.
